Shipping Policies:  

All orders are shipped via USPS from Washington State. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

The chart below is for shipping to the US contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Incorrect Shipping Information: 

If a package is returned to Paper Confetti due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Paper Confetti is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Paper Confetti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Paper Confetti will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

International Orders: 

Please be aware that Paper Confetti is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

All international orders are shipped via USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

International Orders: 
Please email: contactus@paperconfetti.com for delivery options and costs. Be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product number with description and the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing. International shipping can be very expensive. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and customs charges.

Restrictions:
Paper Confetti ships packages Monday – Friday.
Paper Confetti does not ship on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays.
We require a physical address, either residential or business.

 

Refund Policy:

Returns:

Returned items need to be intact and returned in their original packaging. You can return items up to 7 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable. We do not accept returns on custom orders. 

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@paperconfetti.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
